Owner description: Ten Major League Baseball teams hold their spring training in Arizona.

We had a great time watching the Cubs and the Mariners ball game. In fact a new spring training attendance record was set that day. The stadium is beautiful. It offers great seats and views. The day we attended, our seats were mostly shaded from the afternoon sun which can get really warm in the afternoon. There are a lot of different food choices ranging from hot dogs and burgers to burritos and BBQ. Paid parking is very close to the gate area. We'll be back.

While we didn't get to see a Cub game, was able to walk around the facilities, Check out some batting practice and the store (very pricey clothing)

Great new stadium for the Cubs w/ lots of reminders of Wrigley... wonderful new addition to the Cactus League!

Previous reviewer was at same game we attended in New Cubs Park in Mesa, Arizona. Set the record for attendance, and a TON of things going on in Phoenix that weekend, so all sorts of traffic. If they want big crowds and there is no public transportation, have to handle the traffic more effectively at this stadium. Also the ONLY Cactus League part where we had to pay for parking. Concessions are Major League priced. No bad seats. Huge lawn area - largest we saw of the three stadiums we visited. Spring Training is a wonderful way to watch baseball IF you love baseball. "Varsity" players play about first five innings, then younger - rookie -fringe players get a chance to show their stuff. Serious business for them, so no lack of intensity. Excellent food, which you would expect from the inhabitants of Wrigley Field. Just fix the traffic situation and this would get an A+.
