This is a gorgeous hotel with a nice pool and gardens. Food was good, though the buffet and wine were v overpriced. But service was with a snarl. We had an awful experience with the waiter who seemed to take a dislike to us when we didnt take the wine he recommended which was nearly the most expensive on the menu. Front desk and other staff were equally unpleasant. A shame as the hotel is beautiful.

Service was professional and smiley, breakfast was huge and good.
The walls and windows are very thin so you are going to hear what happens in the rooms next to yours but if you are lucky enough (I was) then you "neighbors" won't disturb you.
Its location is not ideal if you are not keen to walk as the city centre is around 15 mins away (but there is plenty of taxis).
Roomds are spacious anc lean but Internet worked very badly.

Great location, excellent entrance, common area and good buffet/restaurant. The ground floor room, however, was old, humid and did not offer privacy unless one closed the curtains. The bed was a double (not a queen), the AC noisy and ineffective and it could certainly use an update.

Room Tip: Don't accept rooms on the bottom floor. There are updated rooms in the hotel.

Nice hotel, locatoed near the 3 rivers (Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay) about a 2min taxi ride into town. Friendly, helpful staff. Rooms looked a little outdated, but had all we needed plus a balcony to dry clothing, relax. Pool looked good (didn't swin though - too busy) free wifi and computer use in the lobby.

Definately a good place to stop whils doing Iguazu Falls etc...

Room Tip: A good cheaper alternative whilst staying in Puerto Iguazu

This hotel was awesome! I wasn't expecting much having just come from lousy accommodations in Buenos Aires (Hotel Unique Art Madero), but I was pleasantly suprized. The decor in the lobby was just amazing... very colorful and well designed. That same sensibility continued into the rooms.

They have a pool on location which was very much appreciated as the humidity and heat in the jungle can get oppressive at times.

There is a restaurant on premises which offers a free continental breakfast as well. Most everything on in the breakfast buffet was good with the exception f the scrambled eggs which, for some reason, were runny every day. But hey... they were free! So how can I complain.

There are two other things about the breakfast which are worth mentioning. First, for some reason this whole country seems obsessed him ham (or "jamon" as they call it!). It's on everything. Not sure what's up with that. Even when we ordered lasagne at a nearby restaurant, it was normal lasagna except that they sandwhiched a hard boiled egg and ham in between the layers of pasta. Weird.

Second, there's a beautiful grey cat which comes around to the outside patio every morning for breakfast. I named her "Puma". So if you see her (and believe me.. you will) give her some runny scrambled eggs and jamon! She loves them!
