La Dama Juana is a cool restaurant. We tried grilled dorado (fish from Iguazu river) with mashed cassava, grilled tomatoes and green oil and Pork bondiola with mashed sweet potatoes and green onion, m'beju and antique mustard. Both dishes were yummy. Grilled surubi (catfish from Iguazu river) with rice with almonds and vegetables, caper butter and lime juice looked delicious too. A liter beer bottle costs 40-60 pesos. I recommend to try dark Stella Artois or Quilmes stout, table wine is also fine.
