We stayed for 2 nights after seeing it in the lonely planet guide. Nice clean hotel, we had the 'superior rooms' which were huge with a large bathroom.
Good position - close to several restaurants.
Breakfast rather basic - but thats the only real negative (oh and the internet connection is very slow - better off going to a cafe in town as you have to pay).
No complaints, good value.

We stayed in Lilian on suggestion of the Lonely Planet. And never regretted the choice. The hotel was clean and quiet. The rooms were very large and we even had a balcony and a bathtub there. The price was quite moderate for these amenities.
Another positive factor was the location. It was 5 minutes walk from bus-station of Puerto Iguazu so you could go to the Falls or Brazil (Foz do Iguacu) or Paraguay (Ciudad del Este) or the shopping street with no effort.
We did not expect much from Lilian as you probably do not spend a lot of time in the hotel when you are Puerto Iguazu. We just needed a place to sleep. But we got much more so we would definitely stay there again if we happen to find ourselves in Puerto Iguazu.

Stayed one night on trip to Falls.
Footprint's South American Handbook describes hotel as "charming". It is anything but. Very basic - not even glasses in room for a drink. No shower screen / curtain so water goes all over floor. They actually give you your own mop!! Only window opens on to external corridor, so no privacy. Breakfast very basic - just bread, croissant, jam, weak orange cordial, tea/coffee.
Bed was reasonably comfy, location good - only a couple of minutes walk to main street.

Well, you have no map, you have just arrived at Puerto Iguazu bus station, a strange town in Northern Argentina, you hail a taxi to take you to the hotel. Aforesaid taxi driver drives 30 seconds to Hotel Lilian, grrrrrrr ! Yes it about 5 minutes walk from the town's bus station, ask for directions !
Well it is situated in a suburban position in this small red dust covered town very handy for the famous waterfalls. Checkin friendly, attractive efficient staff . The room is EXCEEDINGLY clean, almost swiss standard ! But the best thing about it is the price , what a bargain for such a great tidy room.
The breakfast is below average, but Argentinian breakfast always seemed to be a little strange to me (cakes and more cakes, dulce de lece).
I was allowed to keep my bags at reception. BARGAIN hotel for the tidiness !
Almost across the road, there is a humming bird garden, which was excellent, and a bit further an orchid garden, both for a modest entrance fee.
Puerto Iguazu food is Argentinian , but was not quite up to the big city restaurants.

We stayed in Hotel Lilian for a few days in March. It was a great base. It was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good and it was nice and quiet. The only down-side I can think of is that it did not have a swimming pool whereas other hotels/hostels in the town do. But, if this is not a priority for you I would definitely recommend staying here.
