Bambu Mini was a nice place to stay with extremely helpful staff and a good bar and outdoor area. The rooms were fairly basic and quite expensive for a private room however that seems to be the case with most accommodation in Iquazu. Breakfast was good and wifi very strong in common areas.

Everything was clean, the dorms were big. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The toilets were a bit small and cheaply built. But I can definitely recommend this place to other travelers.

Room Tip: The 6 bed dorm and 8 bed dorm is actually one big room with part of it separated by a wall. Don't pay extra for the 6 bed dorm.

Stayed here for 4 days back in February and was impressed. I stayed in the 4 person dorm and the aircon was a godsend after a full day walking about the falls. The staff were very helpful, giving advice on buses to both sides of the falls and places to eat. You can also use the pool at the bigger Hostel Bambu just up the road.

This place was clean and friendly with highly efficient, highly necessary air-con in both rooms we stayed in. They fitted us in at the last minute because they had a cancellation and we were offered a 10% discount for staying 3 nights - this really helped take the sting out of the price as PI in the height of season is not the cheapest place to be.

We stayed in a double room en suite and a double room with shared bathroom. Both rooms were basic but clean and had everything you might need. The shared bathrooms were large too which takes the pain out of carting all your stuff backwards and forwards.

The staff were friendly and most spoke perfect English. They made our trips to the falls (both to the Argentinian and Brazillian sides) hassle free.

Breakfast was basic but did include fresh fruit which was lovely and it was enjoyable to sit outside by their outdoor bar on a very clean patio.

If you're senstitive to noise ask for a room outside of the main building as they do play music quite loud from 7am but that's kind of indicative of the laid back place it is.

There is a pool you can use down the road at their sister hostel and it's a short (4 block) walk to the bus station.

All in all a good base for the falls.
