Stayed 2 nights here and found it one of the most friendly, cosy places we stayed in on our trip.
Rooms were nice although a little on the small side. Staff were delightful and location was great within walking distance of everything in Puerto Iguazu. Couldn’t have asked for much more.

Stayed: June 2014

Very good morning, thank you very much for the comments, that beauty.!
I always think that it may have many flaws in terms of the material, but we are extremely happy to read that the staff is friendly and helpful, I'm sure there it is the key to success in everything you do in life, not only in work -.
I also thank you for expressing the details of the hotel. -
Again thank you and send you a warm hug to all staff and that God wishes accompany life with good health, everything else, but absolutely everything, is not so important if we have good health. -
I'd love to say "Goodbye friends." -

We stayed here for 1 night in June. I have no complaints as all. As other posters have also said, we were also shown to our room by the receptionist, who was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel isnt massive but its clean and smart. Our room was comfortable, clean and tidy. Although the weather didnt call for a dip in the pool, the pool area looked good - if a little small. Breakfast was a help yourself affair and there was more than enough on offer to fill us up before heading to the falls.

The hotel is ideally located within the town on the Argentine side of the falls. There is a bank further down the street, a few local bars, shops & restaurants. For the bus station, its down the street, turn left and a few minutes up the bank. Its ideal for those wanting a bus to the falls entrance or a bus over to the Brazilian border.

I would definitely stay here again should I be lucky enough to head back to Iguazu.

Good afternoon, thank you very much for your comments, they are very cute. -
You are right, the pool is small, but the entire hotel is small, when we did, much was worked on every detail from construction to decoration, we have tried to be harmonious with all that is the place, small but warm, so that people are well at ease. -
Always appreciate the details that give people who have been staying here, rooms, cleanliness, breakfast, good care and much more, well, you've made it dramatically and I thank him endlessly. -
I also add my sincere GOD that accompany life with good health wishes, the fundamental tool in the engine of life, I really think so, I can assure you, the rest of the things are practically no details importance, especially when we have the first, recently there we realize their true value. -
The generous people of good heart, understand that yes, you have understood, I know, this good gesture, this gift we are given, shows, a thousand times thank you. -
Good luck in life and, God willing, will be up soon. -
Roberto -.

We stayed here for 2 nights, if we weren't scheduled to fly to BA we would have stayed another night.

When we arrived we were escorted directly to our room by the receptionist who showed us how to use the safe for our valuables. When we passed through the reception on our way to dinner we were greeted with a welcome caipirinha each ( they do a happy hour each day too where they have a free caipirinha for the guests). The receptionist recommended several restaurants down the road for dinner (a very easy walk) - we ate at AQUA which was also excellent.

We left one of our mobile phones in our room in the hotel we stayed at in Fortaleza, Brazil. The reception staff were incredibly helpful, they called, despite it probably being quite expensive being international rates and after explaining what happened to them they translated and talked to the hotel staff for us, helping to arrange its return. We couldn't be more thankful. We offered to pay for the call and they declined our offer.

The hotel is close to a bank, coffee shops, restaurants, convenience stores etc.

I fully recommend this hotel for value, service and comfort.

Very good morning, thank you very much for the comments, excellent. -
What I like most is to know that people from Fortaleza Brazil return them your phone and then send me an e-mail saying ... you already received, would be great. -
I really appreciate that you take your valuable time to write and thank you, I could see that you are good people. -
For us it is a pleasure to help, it's sad forgetting a phone in another hotel, another country, another language, usually nobody wants to help, but we do it to heart, so now we have this award, yes, yes, this comment from you is an important award for us -.
I just hope GOD I accompany life with good health and, in this case, which also collaborate so they can have their phone. -
Good luck and see you soon. -

El jardin is a small hotel but has all the basic essentials. The hotel is a short walk away from the centre, food and artesania shops.
Receptionist was very attentive also.
Happy to stay hear when we're not touring iguassu falls and other beautiful sights.
Finally, a hotel with proper wifi connection!

Hello, good morning, thank you very much for the comments, brief, but no less interesting. -
Being in the center, has always favored us, we are close to everything but it is a very quiet, similar as the small towns of the hinterland. -
I would like to thank you again for your time and I hope GOD continue to accompany life with good health, everything else is not so important, is I can assure you. -

It was a cute and cozy places with clean rooms. They have the most beautiful courtyard and pool, and they're within walking distance to shops. My only complaint is that we couldn't really get WiFi in our room very well (not a huge deal, though).

Hello, good morning, thank you very much for your comments, well short and concise, very good summary. -
In Argentina, we have many problems with phone services, Electica Energy, water and more -.
I will not justify anything, usually works well wi-fi, it's more, you can check on the reviews recently answered, speak of a functioning wi-fi, what I mean is that we pay for bad service rates for premium services is a shame, but we can not do anything, corruption is also in all services.
Anyway, sorry, and I apologize. -
Thanks again for your words, I hope GOD I accompany life with good health, everything else is not so important, are details. -
Good luck, I would come back soon, the we hope -.

The accommodations offered along the Iguazu area, at least on the Argentinean side, are mostly from hotels that have been there for a while, with the more recently built located on the highway between the town and the national park. In consequence, this hotel’s main advantage is its in-town location two blocks from the bus station and many restaurants and convenience stores. Accommodations and amenities are simple but compensated with good and efficient service. Arriving in the morning, we were not allowed to check-in but were offered the facilities to change and provided all the required suggestions to maximize our available time. When checking-out, our early flight implied leaving before the breakfast hours. However, they opened the dining room for us making some breakfast available. In summary, the Jardin de Iguazu should be considered as a good alternative when visiting this area’s natural wonders.

Beto.-

We stayed in this hotel for two nights in February. It is a great base for the Iguazu Falls, like all of the hotels there but it has the advantage of being in town. There are plenty of restaurants and bars close by as well as shops. We were glad that we chose such a location as many of the hotels are a significant way out of the town, making it difficult to eat anywhere but the hotel. It is quite a modern hotel but rooms are not huge. However, they are adequate for the amount of time that you are likely to stay in them, given that the Falls will keep you busy for a couple of days in both Argentina and Brazil. There is a pleasant pool area in the centre of the hotel which is easily accessible from many rooms. Breakfast is good and eggs can be ordered according to your wishes. The Breakfast Room opens just about in time for pick-up for full days out at the Falls. All staff are helpul and courteous. A good choice for a short stay.
