We stayed at Hotel Jardin in January 2012. It has a good location and is central to most things in Puerto Iguazu. The rooms were clean and nice. The bathroom was really nice and the shower was great after a long day at the falls. It also had an inroom safe which was nice. We had issues with our lock to our room when we first arrived, but the wonderful maintance man came right up and helped us. He also helped fix our leaky A/C unit.
One of the front desk staff wasnt very helpful and we would spend time waiting for help while he was socializing with someone else. The other thing I didn't like was that they required you to leave your room key at the front desk (not even locked away) every time you left the front room. We didn't have any issues but it was still a concern to us.
The pool looked nice and was always busy. The hotel is a little noisy but we didnt have issues sleeping at all. Overall a good place to stay that was reasonable too.More
