“Great location”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed April 9, 2013

This hotel is located close to shopping and restaurants, as well as to the bus station. It has a nice swimming pool. The staff are very helpful. The layout of the hotel is odd, but the suites are quite adequate with cooking facilities. The safe is an old, key-locked one, that is very tiny. The breakfast was adequate.

The hotel is located centrally, close to bars, restaurants, shops, and the bus terminal to both sides of the Falls (there is now a new, direct service to the Brazilian side of the Falls).
Our room was large, very simply furnished with tatty old furniture, a huge, extremely noisy fridge, and an old gas cooker (handy for making tea). There was a very small safe however, and Wifi worked in the room.
The shower flooded the good size bathroom every time as the shower screen was too small. The bathroom floor was dirty in places, and had not been cleaned properly when we left three days later. The pool was extremely dirty and uninviting, although I would have loved a swim after returning from the Falls, I wouldn't dare to enter that filthy pool.
Breakfast was the worst we had in 4 weeks in Argentina/Uruguay : watery orange juice,ok coffee, white bread for toasting, and stale croissants.
Staff was not unpleasant, but not helpful either. We requested to check out just 30 minutes late at 1030 rather than 10,which would have enabled us to pack after breakfast, but although the hotel was barely half full, this modest request was denied.
I certainly would not recommend this place, we only stayed there because unfortunately we left it a bit late to make a hotel booking in Pto. Iguazu

I really enjoyed staying at the Bosetti Apart. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had a fully functional kitchen which made it easy to stay for a week. It was located right in the center of town in Puerto Iguazu, (Argentinian side), which gave us great access to the restaurants, shops and shuttle bus to the Falls. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for something clean and simple. (If you want something fancy, this probably isn't for you). The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Laundry service is available. Coffee and croissants included for breakfast.

Large rooms, kitchen with utensils, pots, pans, full-size refrigerator. Had both working air conditioner and ceiling fan. It was clean (although not spotless) with locking sliding glass windows, small safe in room. Receptionists were incredibly helpful with all our questions and requests.Centrally located. Short walk to bus stop for Iguazu Falls. Breakfast provided could have had more variety but was adequate. I would stay here again.

Although the rooms were large upon arrival ours really smelt and we had to buy some air freshner. Also the rooms are a little dark. There is a 'full ' kitchen but we had to ask for everything to allow us to cook (utensils, pots and pans, plates). When we asked they were soon provided. Front desk staff were OK, although they were more concerned with watching the football than anything else. The pool area is a dump and needs to be tidied up (the pool did have water in through).Location is ideal, right in town centre. Overall this place is cheap for the town so you get for what you pay for but it is only just passable.

As we travelled during high season and everything else, which was rather reasonably priced, was booked out, we ended up staying there.

We were quite shocked when we inspected our room: hair everywhere on the floor and in the bath tub, dust, stains, mildew,...! Horrible!

There's a small pool in the backyard but I would't dare to use it given the overall bad hygiene standards!

The room we stayed in was on ground level and the sliding windows can be easily opened from the outside! Luckily we didn't get robbed! If I would have travelled by myself I would definitely not have stayed there!!!

Room Tip: Rooms have sliding windows which can easily be opened from the outside! Not recommended for females...

We came off a bus at 7:30a and were not expecting our room to be open, but we stopped by the hotel to change and drop off our stuff. However, it appeared we were extremely inconveniencing the girl behind the desk by being there. I asked her what the wifi code was and what she told me was not working. She took out a piece of paper in a huff and wrote it down. It still did not work. I wouldn't mention it, but when we got back in the afternoon and saw a different (much nicer) clerk, he told me the correct password (what she had written down, plus the number 1 at the end). Our bags were already taken to our room and at that point, we were ready to fall down from exhaustion. The room looked pretty beaten up and the air conditioner was tucked in a corner, so we did not get a ton of air unless we closed off the room. The next morning, breakfast was delivered to our room which felt like a nice little luxury. We decided to only stay one night so we went downstairs to inquire about a post office. We came across the first girl and she, once again, was very short with us. She then took it upon herself to remind us that check out was 10a (at this point, it was maybe 8a).

It was an okay place to sleep for a night. The staff, minus her, was very nice, but she was so rude, it made us decide to move on in our travels.

Also, there is a restaurant across the street, with a grill on the sidewalk. Eat there. Get the steak. It was the best Ive ever had in my life.
