Excellent quality and choice of food with a very good service provided in a lovely setting. However, somewhat expensive if you're on a limited budget.

“Finest Decor, Poor service, Average Food”

Beautiful place, luxury one, some dishes are bad, some are more tasty. I like to enjoy the atmosphere. Hope they have better service.

“Breakfast A+, Dinmner C”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 9, 2011

I stayed at the Iguazu Grand for 2 1/2 days, and I enjoyed the breakfast buffet quite a bit. The one dinner I had here was mixed. While service was superb, the steak I ordered was disappointedly grizzly all throughout. It did not seem to be a prime cut. Maybe it was, but the amount of grizzle was more akin to a $8 steakhouse than to a top tier restaurant.

“character cuisine”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 4, 2010

The Le Jardin restaurant overlooking the The Grand hotels beautiful garden has a feeling of serene elegance. The refined restaurant offers high quality and character gastronomy and if it had been situated in an European restaurant would be awarded at least a michelin star rating.
Service reigns supreme at this restaurant all the staff we encountered were polite and extremely attentive. The accompaniment of the harp player during the meal gave a feeling of grace and gentility.
The food was delightful, aesthetically pleasing and extremely well presented. I especially enjoyed the Sweetbreads which had a specific and pleasant flavour.
The four course meal for two including aperitif with a bottle of superb Argentine red wine came to £90. Relatively cheap for the quality of food and service. Try the restaurant you won't be disappointed

“Eclectic International Gourmet Cuisine With A Local Flavor”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 4, 2010

The Le Jardin restaurant at the Iguazu Grand Hotel is a gourmet experience not to be missed. Executive Chef Leonardo Najle creates wonderful, unique and eclectic International dishes coupled with excellent European-style service. The Thursday night pasta buffet is a highlight of the week and is much more than just perfect pastas. Chef Najle also has his own herb and vegetable garden on the property which guarantees fresh accompaniments, spice, and aromas from the garden direct to your plate. The classic European style decor with Carrara marble floors, rugs, and large picture windows create a romantic and peaceful dining atmosphere. Live musical entertainment completes the perfect relaxing experience. All of this with reasonable and competitive menu prices makes for an excellent restaurant.
