Lovely location in the jungle with easy access to both Argentinian and Brazilian side of the Falls. Enjoyed restaurant and received excellent service from waiter Ricardo Vera. Family friendly place with three pools—lots of children staying at this resort.

Room tip: Ask for room with balcony overlooking jungle

We really enjoyed our stay here. I would 100% return if in the area again.

The positives:
- beautiful hotel & grounds. there are a few trails around the hotel; we didn't have too much time to explore, but loved the walk down to the river
- friendly & helpful staff - most speak english/portuguese/spanish
- the deluxe room was really spacious. the bathroom, which had a shower and a tub was very large. the rain shower was fantastic!!

The negatives:
- breakfast, which was included (so can't complain too much) was just ok. the food was nothing special. there were a lot of carbs and/or sweets options, but not much beyond that
- Our room was next to the elevator and due to the thin walls was quite loud. If you're planning to spend a lot of time in the room, I'd strongly suggest you ask for a room away from the elevators. If you're like us and planning to be out visiting the falls for most of the day, then it's not a problem!

Room tip: ask for a room away from the elevators

The hotel area is just amazing. Pencil bridges linking buildings , beautiful pools on both daytime and nighttime, staff is also good and supportive.
The king size bed is actually two single beds put together, so expect a gap right in the middle.
If it wasn't for the horrifying smell of mold all over the room, I would totally say that everything was good. But it wasn't . I thought about leaving the hotel, but would have been too much trouble.
Breakfast is also good. Not too many hot choices, but good.

Loved the way this hotel is IN the jungle--every room has a balcony in the trees so it feel secluded. This is one of the few hotels that has a "family room" with two king-sized beds. Everything has an updated feel--lighting, tub and shower, luxurious bedding.

Note that only one of the pools was heated during our July stay, and the Jacuzzi is only available as part of a water spa treatment, which was $60 US during our stay.

LOVED the pathways through the jungle, swinging bridges, and especially the funicular down to the river--which you can operate yourself!

Breakfast is awesome, great variety and quality.
