Everything was excellent, food and service. Good advisory on local wines. In the center of the city of Mendoza, easy to find.

“Wonderful service”
Reviewed January 13, 2013

First of all, the food and wine was fantastic, but what really made this meal for me was the service we experienced. We were staying in a posada towards Maipu, so asked the manager to call us a taxi home. When we got in the car the driver was unsure of the address and when the staff spotted that we hadn't pulled away the manager came back out to double check we were OK. He called our accommodation from his mobile and made sure our driver was sure of all directions before letting him leave. We really appreciated the attention we received and the meal was one of the best we had in Argentina. Have the chocolate and orange pudding - you won't be sorry.

“Pretty good”
Reviewed January 5, 2013

This seemed a bit overratted to me. We arrived early with no reservation and they let us eat outside which was fine, but there was not one other person inside the restaurant eating. One of us had the surf and turf and one of the 2 shrimps was not edible. We also had the fillet which was fine. But really we had 2 far better dinners at other restaurants in town.

“Best meal on this trip”
Reviewed January 1, 2013

It was hard to get a reservation. We settled for 11:30 p.m. and received a call at our hotel that we could come earlier. The sommelier took us to the wine room ... don't miss that. The best thing we ate was a goat dish with a mushroom sauce. To die for.

“Cleaned our plates!”
Reviewed December 31, 2012

As others have mentioned creative cuisine, we ate outside which is great for people watching. The wine choice is extensive and recommendations strong, the sommelier actually picked something considerably less expensive than we might have chosen on our own, the restaurant is on a busy street but noise wasn't too bad. One of the few places that we visited that actually had a daily special. We skipped dessert, opting to visit the Freddo at the corner instead.
