I would definitely come back. Great location, service and rooms but I am not sure if AC will be enough for summer though.

Check out time too early, 10.30am. I am used to do check out at 12 or at least 11 but 10.30 was too much :p but overall is all great.

The hotel was locating in a wonderful area. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, parks. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The rooms were not spacious but they were comfortable. We stayed for 2 weeks and were very pleased with the service and the staff. The breakfast was standard Argentine fare - breads, fruits, cereal, yogurt, eggs by request. The breakfast staff was very attentive and polite. The restaurant on the property was very good and again the waiters and bartenders were so friendly. We visited in the winter (August) so the pool was not open. The rates (in USD) were very reasonable for the quality of the hotel.

It may be because I stayed here after climbing Aconcagua and spending two weeks at altitude picking up litter left by other trekkers and climbers, but this seemed like a haven of tranquility and good service. . . with the exception of one day, when I emerged from the hotel to find the road blocked off and thousands of screaming football fans being penned in behind barriers. Apparently some football team was staying there from the Argentinian Premiership - River Plate? Would that sound right?

Anyway - it was good enough for them, so . . .

We had acomodation in Aconcagua organised by Inka Exp., it was very nice in comparison to many nights spent during Aconcagua 6962 ascent. Love the swimming pool and nearby restaurants with beefo de chorizo! Best regards from Poland!

The hotel was in a rather run down area of the city but in great walking distance to all of the squares, major parks and restaurants. The lobby presented as super modern and trendy but the actual bedrooms are very basic. The carpet was stained, the AC minimal and the toilet didn't always flush. The pool is rooftop and very small without enough chairs and the workout room was the hallway between the pool and main hall. It had about 5 machines. The hotel had large facilities for group meetings and a business center and that appeared to be the focus. Breakfast was ok...drink yogurt, fruit, croissants and eggs. The hotel had a restaurant that was out the back and we had a very nice small meal there one night. The lobby of the hotel had 2 computers for use of the guests....The people at the desk were very nice and helpful.

We booked this at 50% discount so for us it was great value. There was a lot of chouce for breakfast and the rooms were typical of a 4star in South America. There is also a much needed pool as it was very hot when we were in mendoza.

We spent 4 nights at the hotel. We reserved a standard room; however, we were upgraded to a room with a kitchenette because of some tapping repair work next to our initial room. We were impressed that the staff called and asked us if we wanted to move, we hadn’t even complained to them. It is conveniently located to main plaza and many restaurants. The hotel arranges bus tours. They had a nice breakfast buffet, restaurant, swimming pool and gym. The only fault I had was the smell of cigarette smoke when the air conditioning was turned on. It is a good value for the money.
