Description: Maria Antonieta is the result of years of hard work and lots of different experiences which led Vanina Chimeno to create this place where one can find a language that is marked by simplicity and quality. Simplicity due to its diaphanous recipes that showcase respect for the products. Quality for always being close to the best suppliers in the country. Certainly, there are feminine characteristics in its cuisine and decoration, but above all, you'll find the precise determination of a great manager uwhom learned by traveling around the world always thinking about the details of her dreams. A restaurant that will always be defended by the cuisine romance and its service. Its recipes have mixture and Mediterranean characteristics, due to the use of herbs and the best olive oils, and Argentina. Also for looking for the Cuyan identity and culture.A place that offers a time range, and covers from breakfast to dinner.

How one makes fresh juice and croissants and omelets taste so incredible is something this restaurant has figured out more than any other I have ever visited. We didn't realize how big the croissants are (jamon & queso) so we ordered both that and an omelete. Despite the ensuing food coma, I had no regrets. They were both the "best ever" in each category. We can only speak for breakfast, but if you are hungry for breakfast or brunch, stop your search, just go here. Sooo tasty. Enjoy.

A friend and I were recently traveling in Mendoza and the sommelier at The Vines of Mendoza recommended Maria Antonieta to us for dinner. We enjoyed a lovely, simple meal of grilled octopus and deliciously-prepared lemon rice at a reasonable price point. The restaurant was intimate and had a nice ambiance. I would highly recommend it as a departure when you tire of eating steak at parillas.

Was in Mendoza and ate an many of the best restaurants the city has to offer. Maria Antioneta is the best meal I had - hands down. Best steak (I had at least a dozen in Mendoza), best empanadas, best presentation. Do yourself a favor and eat at this restaurant when you're in Mendoza, this place rocks.

My boyfriend and I have been travelling for 3 months now and this, without a doubt was the best lunch we have had. I had the chicken, avocado and tomato sandwich which was absolutely delicious and the perfect size portion! Ben had the carrot tart of the day and also claims it was really tasty! The service was fantastic and our waitress was learning English and practicing with us throughout the meal, perfect lunch spot in Mendoza!

Laid back, upmarket, cosmopolitan cafe/bistro. Excellent food, home made bread and lovely staff. If you order house white wine by the glass (copa), they will pour some and then when you are ready they will pour you a second top up so that the wine doesn't become warm. Attention to detail and great service.
