“Please season your food”
Reviewed January 26, 2014 via mobile

Great breakfast, one of the better ones in Mendoza. Small hint, eggs could be more well done. Soupy eggs are not attractive in the morning...every morning. Overall very good breakfast. Ok, so room service quality of food is average but I know...it's room service. Waiter was great but food lacked any seasoning and no salt or pepper came with the service. Salad was nice but pasta had too many green olives in the sauce. Just did not have any balance in the sauce and the lack of seasoning made for an experience like drinking olive juice from the jar.
Hotel is great with a great staff. I will stay here again and give the restaurant a fair shake in a proper manner. Again, breakfast was great but the eggs too runny.

“When you have a name...”
Reviewed August 27, 2012

This restaurant is one more of the faboulos jean Paul's empire. I went twice and the second time was better but not as the experiences I had in other bourgones like Uruguay or Buenos Aires. The hotel is new and maybe they need to understand the concept of this restaurant. They seem to effort in details, but it is so visible that effort that sometimes it turns into ridiculous... Food good, but I had a problem with a steak and when I told the waiter, he said, yes you're right, the chef says sorry about that... Ok ... That's a booklet phrase representing "the customer is always right"?? Not bad, but when you have a name... You need to keep the level that it represents...

“Awesome food and great value”
Reviewed May 1, 2012

Stayed in the hotel and enjoyed several meals here (Lunch, Easter Dinner and Supper). The presentation and quality of the ingredients was wonderful, the service excellent and there is no "hotel" overcharging. Oh, by the way, they offer an olive appetizer/snack with your wine and they are by far the best olives you will ever enjoy!
