I paid for 3 nights and only stayed for two. I only stayed because I had already paid in advance. They confirmed my room, but then gave me a suite of much less quality ($150 less per night). I tried to reason, showed them my confirmation from their Director of Reservations, but they did not care. They had me wait for over two hours for them to resolve the issue only to find out they didn't even have the room I booked available. The service was terrible and the room was not very clean.
