We stayed 3 nights on the 8th floor overlooking the mountains and the city. The room was always very clean. The only small detail is that the hotel does not have its own taxi service, which makes the wait a little longer. We recommend it as an alternative to the Hyatt, at a more reasonable price.

Room Tip: The rooms located at the corners of the bulding are more spacious.

Modern, clean, comfortable hotel in an ideal location in Mendoza. The staff was attentive and friendly. The breakfast buffet was very good. The hotel has a luxurious look and feel, but the amenities (business center, pool, gym) are not five-star caliber. Nonetheless, this was a very comfortable and convenient stay.

on entering the hotel, the lobby is magnificent. we were lucky to have been upgraded to a suite and much of it was great- huge bed, big TV, desk, free wi-fi. But, the room had open drains with water running off the shower in a loud gurgling fashion, a small , but dangerously loose drain cover in the bathroom in front of the sinks where one might stand, no feather pillows . Service was functional, but not particularly friendly- at breakfast , one male manager was almost officious!
The swimming pool and gym were poor, both being small and poorly equiped.
The breakfast buffet was excellent- scrambled eggs a highlight.
Had we paid the full rate, this would have been a below average experience, given the star billing.

Very bad hotel, really expensive, it didn't offer a good service, they charge for parking when you are paying $300 per night, they also had a big problem with sewer the hotel smelled really bad specially the room, wouldn't recommended to anyone.

This was a great location and made our trip to Mendoza even better. We were able to walk to everything we needed and tours/drivers easily picked us up to tour bodegas. They also have an excellent breakfast spread and offer one tasting of a different wine each night. We felt like we made the right decision staying in town as opposed to isolating ourselves out at a remote winery. We wanted a little more action and with as many wonderful restaurants and tasting rooms there's lots to do in the city of Mendoza. Had we had more time we would've liked to have stayed at least a couple of nights at Club Tapiz. This was the perfect choice for us!

Room Tip: Ask for the mountain view! $10 more, but definitely worth it.

This is a luxury hotel, very well situated in the center of mendoza, near Plaza Independencia an to all touristic points in the city. There are a lot of good restaurants in the neighbouring streets, that the concierge indicated to .
Ther rooms are very nice, classic, well decorated, and the bed very comfortable.
Excellente breakfast and there is always a wine tasting late afternoon in a room at the lobby .

Room Tip: As always, higher floors are better A room facing the Andes also

We stayed at the "Dip" in Mendoza last April ..... not really the height of tourist season, but near enough.
The hotel is brilliantly situated, near enough to the center of town to be close to everything but far enough away that it was very quiet and had a great view out our room window. The service was excellent, the breakfast also well on the upper side of 50%.
For the price paid, I've not had a better value in a long time.

There is a vineyard tour company right around the corner from the hotel that do excellent tours, there are a number of good eateries within a 5 min walk, and unlike Buenos Aires, the traffic is minimal and drivers respect pedestrians.

Need I say more?

Enjoy your stay.

Room Tip: The higher the better, and look away from the city toward the mountains.
