Enfunda la Mandolina was just two blocks from the posada where we stayed, and we enjoyed it so much we went twice. It has a music theme, and is full of fun old record albums and other artifacts like old food tins, sports posters, etc. The staff is attentive and the atmosphere is fun.
We had a falling-off-the-bone osso bucco dish that was excellent. We loved they way they presented such items at calabaza (squash) puree or dulce de leche in little glass jars, and sometimes the meal was served on a large, flat stone slab. Unique. We had an eggplant stack that was beautiful, I had to try the traditional chicken milanese with fries, since so many of the other clients were ordering it. That isn't usually my style, but I did eat the whole thing.
We also had an amazing flan for dessert.
