During my visit to Buenos Aires La Biela was the worst restaurant I visited If you want to sit outside is more expensive. It is in Recoleta and the view is nice. The food is average and the service is poor. It is very expensive considering the food and service you receive With that money you can eat in a lot other better places.

yes, the food is not very good. yes, the prices on the terrace are too high, but la biela is still a wonderful place to sit and watch the passing parade of locals and tourists. On weekends you will likely catch a couple doing the tango just behind you, under the leaves of that amazing tree. Always worth a stop.

Breakfast was two butter croissants each and milk coffee each, served in great atmosphere. Peso42.

Biela still evidently has a large local following, whilst equally being a great place for tourists to absorb the atmosphere. The Notable Cafes in Buenos Aires are a credit to the city.

You can sit indoors or out, in a very pleasant area of Recoleta. The service is impressive. Free WiFi that works.

We came many times, and really enjoyed it. It has a tradition, and upholds it.

Everytime I visit Buenos I visit Biela, it is a Buenos Aires Tradition , at least to me.
The food is good, but not great, the service also. But somehos it has that incomparable atmosphere which many other restaurants in the city, with better food or service lack
Try the Miga Bread which is delicious and comes in a simple Tostado.

This chic cafe is of public interest.
The good old days the guys use to show parade their cars.
I was lucky that I had a taste of a Ford 38 from 1929.
Back to the cafe, good food and service.
