Description: Cabaña Las Lilas, located in the heart of Puerto Madero, is a restaurant that combines the tradition of Argentinean meat with Brazilian warmth and hospitality. The venue was established in 1995 in a joint venture between Belarmino Fernández Iglesias, owner of the well-known restaurant chain Rubaiyat in São Paulo, and Estancias y Cabaña Las Lilas S.A., a 4th generation family business specializing in the breeding of the best livestock in Argentina and the Americas. The selection of the best raw material, together with an impeccable service, has turned Cabaña Las Lilas into a world-class restaurant visited by the most demanding gastronomes. The prestigious American newspaper “The New York Times” has even named it as one of the 10 best restaurants worldwide. Distinguished continuously since 2007 with the wine spectator award.

Las Lilac steaks are outstanding and service was above average. The cheese rolls are amazingly tasty and fluffy. Save up and enjoy!

It is a steak house. Great selections of cuts and well prepared. The appetizers included with the table service are enough, so no need to order appetizers. The selections of wines is great as well. At the end of the meal they serve you a limoncello drink that is awesome, just be careful, it is quiet strong and can get you drunk before you feel it.

We were tourists and took lunch on the deck with our local guide and driver. Our guide recommended this restaurant but mentioned the prices were high. We chose this for the menu and for the atmosphere. The menu was very complete. We went for the beef and were not disappointed. Excellent starters, breads, wine, steaks and dessert. That with a view of the canal. The service was attentive and polite. This was the only restaurant I have been to that cinch-strapped our bags to our chairs. The steak I had was cooked to perfection over flame grill, and was thick, juicy and tasty. I will certainly return next time in BA.

I have four waitress for the table. Very good service. The bread was extraordinary, and they have a peace named Tropical Kobe that it's delicious. Also, they know whats it's a cold beer. For three people we spent around US120, without wine.

Cannot understand the good reviews. Had one of the worst dining experiences of my 50 years. First the good news == the location. After that, all went down hill. After a 30 minute wait (with a reservation), our party of 6 was wedged into a 4 top. The food was totally lacklustre; the prices were Mortons or Ruth Chris, but the steaks were not even close. The worst was the service; just about non existent. How it got its reputation I will never know, but trust the bad reviews. I should have.
