Buenos Aires is typically known for their Assado(Bar BQ meat ) and it is a well deserved reputation because the meat is superb. But they should be equally known for their Italian cuisine which is a reflection of the large Italian population living in the city. We had a very good meal here--from the first sip of champagne that welcomed us to the last sip of espresso! Pasta was very good with an excellent sauce of perfect proportions. Fish ordered was well prepared and had an abundance of vegetables ( which balanced out the amazing bread we ate all night) Great experience was had by all.
