This Palermo parilla is so good, they need two locations literally next door to each other.
Overwhelming portions of steak and just about anything else then comes from a living creature- Cabrera will definitely hit the spot. On top of the large portions you will be bombarded with all sorts of salads, sides and sauces to compliment your meat. Order sparingly as we weren't able to finish half the food on the table (and I'm a pretty big eater.)
The service was excellent and the atmosphere was classic and welcoming.
Not much else to say, it is pricey but worth it. Just go here and decide for yourself- you'd be hard pressed to find a better parilla experience in Palermo.
