NH Crillon is a good hotel in a great loication. The hotel has a modern decor with good size, clean rooms and comfortable beds. There are many restaurant options within a short walking distance. Only 2 blocks from a pedestrain only shopping street and a large park across the street. I would recommend this hotel to friends and will stay here again when I return to Buenos Aires.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights at the end of February. the hotel is in an excellent location, close to the Metro, shopping and surrounded by many good restaurants.

We asked for a got a very quiet room. Stay off the main street, view is great but so is the noise, they put us in a back room, no view but very quiet. Also the AC was quiet could keep it on at night.

Breakfast was good and had more selection than other BA hotels.

This hotel is great inside and the workers were nice and helpful. The only complaint I have is that it's not in the best area to walking around at night. One night we went to get food around 10pm and walking back to the hotel we didn't feel the safest. Aside from that it's a great hotel, and if you stick to the main streets you are probably ok walking at night.

The hotel is well situated with a nice park nearby and restaurants within a short distance (important for a single female traveller). The room was large, comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful and ample choice for breakfast. The only down side was that it was near enough impossible to get a drink in the bar after about 7p.m. and I was told it would be easier to use room service. Also, restaurant closed at night. As a result, the bar was deserted at night.

My husband and I stayed at the NH Crillon for 3 nights at the beginning of March in a standard room. The hotel is conveniently located on Santa Fe and only a few minutes walk from Calle Florida and all other major sights and restaurants of Buenos Aires.
The first impression of our room was that it was quite small, compared to American standard but it looked very clean and updated. The bathroom was tiny and it had a bidet which was pretty useless since it took space away from the already small bathroom. There was nothing fancy or outstanding in our room, but it served its purpose for our stay since we didn't spend much time in the room anyway.
One of the things that we missed was an iron and an ironing board which we thought should be standard in a 4-star hotel. After calling the front desk they brought these to our room, but it seems like the entire hotel had only 1 iron/ironing board as the first time we requested it, somebody else was using it so we had to wait. We've never stayed in a 4-star hotel before that wasn't equipped with an iron.
Then we noticed that there were no facial tissues in the bathroom either. There is however a drugstore right across the hotel which opens 24-hours, so we bought our own tissues.

The worst thing about the room was the toilet flush. Never thought that a toilet flush would be a thing that could bother me during a hotel stay but it was so difficult to flush and you had to pull the flush handle in all different directions and hope that water would finally come out and flush the toilet. It was really the weirdest toilet flush I've ever used and there was an instruction on the toilet wall that explained how to use it as it's not self-explanatory how to flush the toilet. You also had to close the toilet lid every time you want to flush which was very inconvenient.... Anyway, on the second day of our stay the toilet in our room suddenly clogged up and the entire bathroom was under water. Yuck! Thank god we were just about to leave the room anyway, so when we came back the staff had already cleaned up the mess.
The second night, when we got back to our hotel room after a long day out, we tried to open the room safe and noticed that there was no electrical power in the safe. We called the front desk and they weren't able to do anything about this problem, and we would have to wait till the next morning for maintenance to come by and fix the issue. The next morning the maintenance guy came by and opened the safe and showed us that the batteries popped out of the keypad. Therefore we weren't able to open the safe last night....
When we thought it couldn't get any worse with the room, we noticed that now there was no water coming out of the toilet at all when we flushed it. Main thence staff must have closed the main water pipe or so when they fixed the overflow of our toilet that morning and didn't reopen the water once they were done. We had to call the front desk yet again to check the problem. The front desk personnel came and tried to fix the issue but wasn't able to resolve it since the Maintenance people were already gone for the day. So, they asked us to move to another room 2 doors down the hall on the same floor for the remainder of our stay. After experiencing so many issues, they should at least upgrade us to a nicer room but instead we got exactly the same type of room.
Considering that we only stayed at the NH Crillon for 3 night, we experienced many issues with our room. However, the staffs were were friendly and helpful every time we called them, but this hotel needs to work on these issues to be able to compete with other properties in the area.

I stayed with my couple the last weekend of January and we really enjoyed our experience. The hotel is conveniently located near downtown and other touristic attractions and has a nice park right across the street.
We stayed in a classic king suite, nothing fancy or really impressive, but was clean and good enough for our needs. Breakfast had a really good variety of products including options for gluten intolerants.
Also, really friendly staff, didn't hesitate to offer us an umbrella when a classic Buenos Aires summer storm started unexpectedly.
Definitely would come back in our next trip.

Room Tip: When possible, choose a room with a view to the park (Santa Fe side)
