As previous guests have noted, the staff here at the Bobo are just excellent. Miguel, along with the other front desk employees all had "can't do enough for you" attitudes. My husband's wallet was stolen and they assisted us in making all the necessary connections. This hotel is centrally located in the Palmero SOJO area. If you can't find great restaurants and shopping you are just blind. The restaurant at the BOBO also serves an outstanding breakfast which was included in the rate. Anything off the menu and it was all fresh and delicous. Breakfast is as large as you want to make it. We could usually just skip lunch and have an afternoon gelado. Dinner at the Bobo is also a treat - especially if Jessica is your server. Food was excellent. Our room was large with a private outdoor patio which stayed shaded most the day.

Room Tip: Rooms in the back side would defintely be quieter than a front/street facing room

We have just completed a stay in Buenos Aires. The BoBo Hotel is such a nice friendly and central hotel. the rooms are well appointed. Miguel, the night manager deserves a special mention. Nothing is too much trouble for him - booking restaurants, organising transfers, pointing us in the right direction to the best little local cafe in town. This hotel is well worth the stay.

Room Tip: The deluxe rooms in the old section of the hotel are really nice.

We visited Argentina in November for a week and spent 4 days in Buenos Aires, the final two at the BoBo Hotel. I spent weeks looking into different parts of the city and different hotels and was drawn to the BoBo from the reviews on Trip Advisor. Our experience couldn't have been better. We had an amazing 2 tier room that was very open and comfortable. The staff was friendly and eager to assist us with all of our needs. Location was very convenient to the Metro as well as bars and restaurants. We were only a block or so from Don Julio and 2-3 blocks from multiple bars and restaurants. I have friends that will soon be traveling to Buenos Aires and have recommended they consider the BoBo.

Fabulous soft bed, very clean, luxurious shower, good breakfast (you can order eggs and bacon). Two great restaurants within two blocks, which was nice after a 10 hour flight. I use foam ear plugs when I travel and I found it very easy to get a good night's rest in this hotel. The front office staff were very friendly and the two restaurants they recommended were amazing. There is a little store a block away where you can buy bottled water. Amazingly clean.

Stayed there and honestly I am soo surprised to read all these good reviews...this hotel is decadent and the breakfast+ restaurant is really bad... I don't understand how come this hotel is part of SLH...maybe they never come to check so south ? Anyway move in front at Esplendor it is half the price and it is the same quality....

Dear Sir or Madam,
We understand the difficult situation you had in the immigration department for your arrival to Argentina and how difficult was for your family to change the dates of the reservation in the airport the same day. We apologize for that, the hotel was full and we were not able to change your dates. Unfortunately we have strict cancelation policy that specifies that we are not able to cancel and refund your 50% of deposit in BAR rates unless you do it 15 days in advance.
We do our best to make your stay an exceptional experience in Buenos Aires. If we did t success we promise we will keep on working to give our best service and for your next trip we will be pleased to invite you to have a dinner in our restaurant.

Sincerely
Mariano Gimenez

We reserved this hotel based of course in reviews and pics, the pictures I have to say are so far away from the reality, the senior suite is more like a basic room of another normal hotel, with the difference that in the middle of the bathroom there is this none usefull jacuzzi that give you the feeling to be in an 1 hour hotel...the food is terrible, we were so tired the first night that we asked a club sandwich and a cesar salad very difficult to go wrong with, and the three lettuce plus 2 pieces of chicken for 72 pesos is a robbery.
I read in the reviews that the new part of the hotel was nicer, guys is like being in soviet republic in 1974 or a hospital not nice at all, service of course is a desaster too the trace of food of the first night was outside of the room until the next day around 5 oclock in the afternoon.
we don't recomend it at all.

A small hotel in a fashionable part of Buenos Aires with plenty of nearby restaurants (although the one in the hotel is also worth checking out). Close to the Subte so it has easy access to Centro if you don't want to walk.
The staff were very helpful in suggesting places to visit, proving advice on how to get there as well as chasing up tour companies.
I've been in hotels in historic buildings previously and so understand that they come with constraints but couldn't help think that they could have done more to step it up a notch and so turn it into an exceptional small hotel.
