This small wine shop was really fantastic. We wandered in on a Saturday afternoon and had the wine flight. My husband and I were willing to share glasses, so tried six progressing from white to pink to red. They had some very interesting wines. Also, it came with a cheese plate to take the edge off our afternoon hunger. The owner was very knowledgeable about the wines and they are also for sale, should you want to take some with you. Perhaps the best part of the visit, the owners' toddler daughter was on hand to help as well. She was fantastically cute.

Pain et Vin is a wine shop and wine bar. You can buy a bottle of wine to drink in the wine bar or take away. They also do wine by the glass and wine flights with bread and cheese. The choice of wines is excellent, reasonably priced and the service is very friendly and knowledgeable.

We had a fantastic wine tasting experience here and would not hesitate to recommend this place to fellow wine lovers. I'm afraid that i cannot remember the name of our server, but she was lovely and very knowledgeable. We tasted some delicious wines and stayed on for a couple more - so much variety and great prices! :)

If you love wine, you must visit here when in BA!

Booked this place after a bit of research on trip advisor for a wine tasting lesson. It is a small wine bar and would be easy to miss if you are not looking properly, but as soon as we walked in were greeted with a big smile and made to feel welcome. As a non-drinker, I still took part and we were lucky enough to have Gaby as our host for the evening. She has a very obvious passion for Argentine wine and was very knowledgeable about it. We were introduced to a nice selection, history and science of Argentine wine. You also get bread and a selection of cheese as part of the tasting, just adding to an already great experience. If you are in BA and want to do wine tasting, or just somewhere for a nice bottle of wine in the evening, this is a place to go.

I did the wine tasting and it was amazing! The sommelier who guided us through the tasting was clearly very passionate about wine and I learnt a lot about the different wine regions and wines. All the wines were delicious and the others in the group were very fun. A great introduction to Argentinian wine.
