Arriving at the apartment, I checked the kitchen: the refrig, sink, counter top they all needed to be clean the towels were in a plastic bag. Regardless, I signed the owner’s contract before I checked the bathroom where the toilet was dirty and the flashing water was not working. I decided not to take possession of the place after the owner told me that someone would come the next day. TripAdvisor has a tel number in the site that has an outgoing message. After the Baltimore Newspaper supplied me with an email was a month later and TripAdvisor executive sided with the Owner…
The refrigerator shelves had a film on them, the kitchen sink needed some soap to be considered clean, the toallas where in a plastic bags. When I pressed the botton of the toilet to flash it, the water came down very slowly. When I communicated this to the owner he told me I needed to wait to the next day.
As I came in I left the place the same day. When communicating with the owner I did not received an answer before 4 to 5 days. He told me he would return my money, I sent an Email he never answer. I wanted to call to send an email to TripAdvisor is no place to write or call.
TripAdvisor do not take calls. I made $400.00 deposit for any break or mistreatment, I do not know if I will receive it. I would not recommend TripAdvisor
