“Just location”
Reviewed March 21, 2009

The booking was made through travel agent (travel package), so i have no information about prices. However, the prices listed on the desk suggests that is an low budget hotel.

The conservation and cleanliness of the hotel is just acceptable; although some minor problems were found (infiltration and some mold marks). Fortunately, we do not experienced the problems of cleaning mentioned in other reviews.

The staff is just polite; Not very helpful, but not rude. The big issue was the mistake made by reception desk, who put us in a twin room, when our booking was for a double room. The change could not be made, because the hotel was full (as well as others in the city). We decided to stay, not worry and enjoy the city (very nice).

The breakfast is poor, tasteless, with low diversity. The slow replacement of items also could be bothersome. Some extra items (e.g. yogurt) are charged separately.

The location is the only pro of this hotel. Even so, it is worth looking for other options - there are many others near the Gran Orly, and you certainly will find some better choice at same pricing level.

One night stay only as between flights at domestic airport so wanted a cheap place to stay. Unfortunately, this place is very dated and lacks investment.

The reception has been done right up and gives an impression of a modern 3 star hotel. The reception service was quick, pleasant and efficient.

The rooms are just so dated and old. The carpet and wallpaper must have been 20 years old which is saying something for a hotel !! They really were decrepit. The room had a TV which was something but ideally you would not want to stay here as Trip Advisor will find you somewhere so much better for same price.

For £10 more per night we stayed at Rick's Place when we returned to BA and it was different league.

This place does have a very good location though for shopping, bars and restaurants.

We got this hotel through a complete trip reservation from a travel agent in Brazil, as all other hotels were booked out. We simply hated the place. The service is too poor. The apartment was disgusting, the carpet was very dirty and the bathroom full of hair from previous guests. The breakfast was another disgusting surprise, as the glasses were stained with several different lipsticks - we went out every morning to have breakfast in a nice cafe at Calle Florida. If you'd like my advice, don't stay at this place, you can do far better if you go to the Holliday Inn Puerto Madero, for example.

This is the worst place I've ever stayed. Very poor service with major attitude, terrible bug problem in the room resulting in many itchy bug bites, and yet they would not make up our room more than once during our 5 day stay. Avoid at all costs!

The entrance looks great, but that's the only positive thing I can say about this place.
We booked months ago and were told immediately they only had "a few" superior rooms left. At a higher price of course. We booked anyway only to find the hotel more than half empty on arrival.

The room was old, worn down, close to being dirty and the bathroom was something they had been proud of. 40 years ago...

We were not close to the elevators, but still woke up several times each night from the noise produced by the elevators. And I don't mean people talking loudly when coming out of the elevators, but the old mechanism of the elevator.

Breakfast was, well, I just can't think of a proper word to describe it, but any positive word is certainly not appropriate.

To top it all of, when we asked them to call a taxi to the airport, they called a private car service charging more than double the usual amount. No doubt at a profit for the hotel....

One advice: stay away!

The only items even remotely resembling a "plus" on this hotel would have to be free WiFi and its convenience to Peatonal Florida and Galerias Pacifico. It was one "oggly" (read "ugly") experience!

The lobby isn't too bad, and at least things are clean. But when you get up past the ground floor, the passageways are a narrow rabbit-warren; the rooms are tiny and inconvenient; the twin beds in my room were skinny as cots in a World War II troop ship, but not as comfortable. The air conditioner's controls had been pried out. The window in my room looked out into a grimy, grubby air-well.

Continental breakfast was basic. The greasy cheese and watery ham were sliced so thin they were actually transparent.

On the "stars" rating, this place rates about two collapsars (black holes).

This hotel is smelly, small, very unfriendly service adn windows are shut with no outside light.

We booked two single rooms with queen bed in this hotel for two nights. First, they showed us two twin rooms and they were not even ready yet at after 7 pm. Then they tried to give us one room with queen bed, another room with twin beds (two very small single beds) and we refused. So they gave us two rooms each with queen size bed. But the rooms were for smokers and they smelled really bad. We didn´t want to argue again so we took them. The room was ok but not cleanly maintained. If under a different management, it may have the potential to be a lot better. But I guess they have no intention of improving it.

The location of the hotel is good, close to shopping mall. But the front desk was extremely unfriendly. I asked them for map and was told there was none! Can´t believe a 3 star hotel with no map and the frontdesk showed no interest in trying to help me.
I woulod not recommend it to anyone. There are many hotels on this block so you can easily find another one. Don´t stay here!
