We couldn't get it despite the fact that they run tours inside, but as an Architecture lover, I have to say that this is one of the most amazing buildings in the city. Apparently the glazed bricks and ceramics were brought in from the UK, so you might want to spare a minute or two to enjoying the different patterns, colours and volumes.

Be sure to walk in & when it's open go upstairs to one of the most surprising museums in the world. Don't want to say more because it will spoil the fun.

Try to get a tour inside this building, so you get to understand the history behind it.
It used to be the water holding tank for big part of the city. Since it was located in a posh area, the neighbors demanded a good looking building. That resulted in this gem of European architecture
Inside there are several meeting rooms plus a museum where you can see different water gadgets and the original tanks
