Our tour guide waited patiently for us to clear Customs - a very long queue. Once we were thru Customs, we were off on a great tour of the City.

The Park of Memories was especially touching - history from the 70’s and 80’s that many would like to forget. That said, it’s very important to remember the ‘disappeared’ and to ensure history is never repeated.

Overall a great overview of the City with a personable and knowledgeable guide.

We booked a city tour for an afternoon. We conversed with John around the itinerary as we wanted to include a visit to La Bombonera - this was all included as well as the highlights suggested by John.
Howard was our guide - he was great - he gave us loads of insider knowledge and answered all our questions. The tour was a nice relaxing pace in a comfortable car. We learnt loads about Buenos Aires and especially enjoyed the "dirty war" memorial park which was very moving. Well worth the money. Thanks

As a German speaking guide was not available, we were lucky to have an Englishman, living in Buenos Aires for more than a decade. His knowledge was deep and his sympathy for the country evident. His tour was well organized, so that we hit all the right places and got a very comprehensive first impression of this large and beautiful city. To be highly recommended!

We almost always book a private city tour when we visit a new city. We did again this time, and at a cost commensurate with other private tours. Our goal is always to learn more about the history and culture of the places we visit and we expressed that interest. We did visit a very special site and for that, we give a high rating—the National Memorial Park where we learned about the Dirty War. After that, our tour consisted of a visit to the rose garden, the touristy area of Boca, where we bought lunch for us and our guide, and driving and pointing at buildings. Our visit to the Ricoleta Cemetery was something we could have done on our own. We paid almost $400 for this tour (for the two of us) and learned very little. The following day we did a free walking tour and learned about the history, culture and architecture of the City.

We are very sorry you didn't enjoy your tour with us.
Our tours are very history based and cross a large part of the city.
The distance between the park of memory and la Boca is almost 9 miles. So at times the driver will be giving a commentary of what is being passed along the route. That is nay natural. Most tourists love the area of la Boca and the Caminito and find it very relaxing at the end of the tour. I am very sorry you didn't.
I hope you enjoyed your stay in Argentina.

John, did a fantastic job of showing us a few of the many sites of BA. He let us take our time at the sites. He was able to describe or tell us stories about the sites. He got us to the airport with time to spare. Wonderful tour and great guide for us.
