There is a funky Graffiti tour around Buenos Aires and it finishes up with a beer at this colourful and friendly pub.
From floor to ceiling the walls are festooned with stencil art.
It is owned and run by brothers, fabio and pablo and both of their sons. There is a big screen projector tv for big football matches etc and a large terrace upstairs.
It is mainly a mix of twenty-thirty-something locals enjoying a beer and a banter. A very friendly crowd and often the same faces mingling.
It is on the same block as Sugar Bar and Magdalena's Party which are geared up for and attract the expat boys and girls as all 3 places are 5 minutes walk from the packed hot spots of Plaza Serrano.
Post works for me best because of the friendliness and affable staff and locals. No one will pinch your coat when you go to the loo and the beer prices are better than the others.
There are lots of bars around Palermo but this is the only one I have found that feels like a pub. The same faces give it a neighbourhood feel and they are more interested in how you are than what is in your wallet.
Pop in for a pint!
