As many other reviewers have pointed out, I Latina is a must visit while in town. The food and service is excellent. The Sommelier is Camillo, one of two brothers who own the restaurant. He is very friendly and provided excellent service. His brother, Santiago, is the Chef. The kitchen open so we could watch as the staff prepared and plated the food, which was interesting. The pork was very tender and flavorful. I think my favorite dish was the salmon tartare with the quail egg. The dish included cucumbers with a melon sorbet. It was so simple, yet so refreshing and good.
We have eaten at several other highly rated restaurants in the US and other countries, and the food and service is comparable to many. But once you factor in the price, it's clear I Latina is worth checking out!
