The thing I love most about DNI is the lack of pretension. The focus is on dancing and learning rather than the teachers parading around like they are gods! The atmosphere is extremely friendly and relaxed and you are free to learn, make mistakes and grow your abilities. I love the DNI technique - it's simple, comfortable and easy to learn. It really makes a difference when you got to the milongas. I would recommend the private lessons over the group classes as the group classes are often really crowded and maybe there might not be enough men to dance with. I found I could learn more in one private lesson compared with ten group classes. Try Juan Pablo - he is tall, fun and a good teacher. The practicas are a great opportunity to practise and meet other dancers!
