The first elevator in the city?? the concrete and dimensions of the architectural structure?? the value?? I just don´t like this mountain of concrete.

Thank Chestela

beautiful architecture, different from the colonial constructions of Buenos Aires... but the best is the view from the top floors. You need to ask permission to go up, as for it on the entrance.

Now this a great building (and it has a story...) The view of the city from the top floors is probably among the most stunning views of the San Martín Park área of the city. You can see our "Big Ben" from here too

Nice rationalistic architecture. It is a post art deco building. Look at the doors and the looby.

It's one of the most significat buildings in Buenos Aires. The first one to be built with new techniques for the time. It was declared historic monument . The apartments are very expensive. It' has a nice and romatic story . It was built by Corina Kavannagh. The case is that behind this building is located a very important church, built by the Anchorena Family to see the church from their mansion opposite San Martin Park . Corina was in love with the son of Anchorena Family , but the considered she has not enough lineage to marry him and didn't let them get married. Corina was very rich and she sold 3 "estancias " to build the highest skyscreper in that time only to block the view of the church from Anchorenas Palace. It's a private place. It's not possible to visit it unless somebody invites you
