First night we turn down the sheets to see wet stains and blood. I would have checked out immediately if we hadnt paid for our trip upfront already. Ugh, when I called maid device no one was tgere to change the sheets so they offered clean ones I had to change which after they came were wet still from the dryer. Rooms are incredibly small. We had no where to put any of our suitcases or hang long clothing. There was no iron board and the baday took up all the room in the tiny bathroom. The carpet was dirty and the wifi didn't work in our room. The breakfast was the worst we had on our two week vacation. Would stay in Palermo soho at a boutique hotel next time

If you are a traveler that is used to Buenos Aires, that already know where to go this is the hotel for you! The staff is very nice but does not work because they suffer from amnesia and will not remember anything that you ask.The great thing is that you can go on shopping in several places in the city center ( Galerias Pacifico included) and they will deliver, no cost, at the hotel.
Other than that: breakfast is fantastic!

Room Tip: Not the best zone in Buenos Aires.

Very friendly concierge. Nice breakfast.
Hotel is very pretty.
TV is not a flat screen.
Rooms with old furniture and walls were a little bit dirty.
Blanket in bed was dirty with some brown stuff (don't even wanna think about that), and was a cheap one.
Free wifi in room.
Good location, but during week days there's a lot of traffic.

We try to visit Argentina every year and we love staying at the Claridge which is an older hotel but with a lot of charm. The staff at front desk and floors are exceptional. We have stayed in many rooms/floors so difficult to chose one we liked best. We have left our luggage in storage when touring and never have any problems. The breakfast is the best in all of Argentina. Our last stay was for 7 days and we really enjoy the location close to the walk street. Plus free computer and printer use another plus. We ask for hot water pot to make tea and we always get one in our room. We look forward to returning.

Cozy rooms on the small side, lots of marble and wood. Safe and secure location. Great pool and spa. Outstanding location in el Centro area. Short distance to Florida near aver. and LaSalle and only a few blocks to the galleria. Breakfast buffet was included with a good variety. Overall a great value with friendly staff that speaks English. A quiet and pleasant place to return to...
