“Definitely worth checking out!”

Like most, I had heard of Evita before visiting BA. I thought the museum gave an unbiased view of Evita. It had artifacts from her life and her social programs. Admissions was extremely cheap and there is a cute cafe attached to the museum. English audio is available.

“Great venue, good museum”
Reviewed February 17, 2013

A lovely "mansion" dedicated to the life of Eva Peron. Would be nice to have a guide or ablity to read spanish but there are helpful english translations. The museum restaurant is excellent with a lovely courtyard and lively indoor area.

Small but lovely museum dedicated to Eva Peron. It really tells her story and the newsreel clips are fascinating to watch. Highly recommend.

“Sensational Museum!”
Reviewed February 9, 2013

We loved the Museo Evita. It is a beautifully curated tribute to and amazing woman. The entrance fee was only 15 pesos...$3US...pretty unreal. There were also very few people there on the Saturday we went so it was easy to see everything. While most is in Spanish they have subtitled the videos and have some placards in English. A must for your Buenos Aires "to do" list!

“Fascinating museum”
Reviewed January 30, 2013

This was a fascinating hour long look at the life and politics of Eva Peron. We tagged on to a guided tour which was excellent and it gave us a quick overview of why Argentinians both love and hate Evita. A lot of the info was only in Spanish so the guided tour makes a real difference. Good range of her clothes, hats and accessories which we found interesting. Great cafe/restaurant for lunch or a snack with inside and outside seating
