Owner description: By day, this riverfront area is a booming business and shopping district and by night, a hip neighborhood with pricey restaurants and fashionable clubs.

“A ghost town”
Reviewed August 24, 2014

Perhaps a weekend is the wrong time to visit but it felt absolutely deserted. Obviously a well designed revamp of what would have been an industrial area but it needs people to bring out the best. On this cold and wintry Sunday, it felt isolated and lacked warmth and any interest.

“Worth visiting at night”
Reviewed August 23, 2014

Here is a place to get a taste of Argentina's selection of cuisine and other culinary choices. The port has been well restored to reflect the best of the Plata River that once was one of the most important harbors in the continent.
