The hotel is in a good location with a mall and restaurants within walking distance. The famous cemetery is one block away so easy to access. The staff helpful although the day staff were basic in their assistance whereas the later fostered staff were very helpful when we were there. The breakfast is good.

I've stayed at the Loi Suites Recoleta in Buenos Aires probably five times now and it's getting to feel like a piece of home in this fun area of Buenos Aires.

Though not ultra-posh the rooms are big, airy (windows open), the personnel remember me every time I come and are always helpful.

And the most wonderful part is that the hotel is right around the corner from the famed Recoleta that hosts lots of restaurants, boutiques, cafes, the infamous cemetery where Eva Peron was once buried, and my lovely favorite La Biela café.

Room tip: Choose a room not on the street and there is only ONE key per room

Free wifi, comfortable room with plenty of space, efficient and very helpful staff, daily breakfast is excellent, great location. everything was perfect

close to Recoleta cemetery, two large shopping malls, the opening and closing flower, the Fine Arts museum, multiple parks, And because I am a walker, we walked as well to Palermo, to Malba, to the Rose and Botanical Gardens, the Japanese Garden, and San Telmo market.

What a wonderful city, and the hotel made things easy

i decided to stay for 1 night here after returning from PATAGONIA prior to leaving the country .. so the booking itself was last minute , hotels that i would normally would have stayed in were sold out ,so i found .... decent attention at check in .. attentive staff all good there , i got a junior suite # 502 , cramped little room which would have been OK really because we had not even thought about really unpacking due to the flight out early the next morning , however ....THE BEDS ARE TINY ... at least for a guy my size at 190 cm tall , not only are the beds tiny but the mattresses themselves are way too soft in my opinion , i like a firm bed , anyhow i went down to reception to talk to someone in management about this and a lady did attend me ( i did not get her name ) , she was totally apologetic and had me upgraded to a bigger room with a larger bed size , this room truly was a little better ( room 609 ) but had older fittings and furnishings than 502 , and the beds although larger had the same soft mattresses !! , we checked out very early in the morning prior to breakfast so no comment on that , the positive side is the great location of this hotel , but apart from that i do not have anything upbeat to write about it , i would not go back to the LOI SUITES RECOLETA, too many better options in this wonderful city .

This is a good option in the Recoleta area. It's close to a shopping plaza, the Recoleta Cemetery (final resting place of the BA rich and famous), and many local restaurants.

The rooms are spacious and have a little kitchen cupboard with a sink arrangement that you can use (we didn't). I thought a hotel like this would have goens and slippers, but it wasn't to be. We had a room with a (locked) adjoining door that unfortunately meant we could hear everything going on in the next room clearly. Then again, who doesn't want to hear 1980's metal music accompanied by loud phones calls at 11pm?

The breakfast was a served in the beautiful atrium area near the pool. It's buffet style with an impressive array of pastries I assume they make in house.

The staff were all efficient but not particularly warm. Maybe that's an Argentinian thing?

Overall, quite good.
