Great location! Walking distance to many interesting places and enough taxis circulating about for getting you to more distant ones. Good internet and lovely touches: (free) sparkling wine for breakfast - probably too good to believe so I think I was the only one to take advantage of it. Personal touch - hand written note by the director and a present of fruits into my room a day before my leave. Some kind of old good days presence :-) I liked the atmosphere.

Room Tip: I just asked for a quiet room with good internet as usualluy.

The hotel has nice rooms, altough some of them are very small.
Good things are a clean room, bathroom with full tub, good wifi signal (free), friendly personell and decent breakfast.

On the opposite, the hotel is in a very noisy neighbourhood!
Also the "subte" is running right under it, and you can hear it very clearly even on the higher floors.

I found some bugs in the room, but only smaller ones.
Clean sheets and towels every day.
Nice television set but not too many channels (but you can connect usb).

Go there if only for a few nights and on business. Not suitable for holidays or with kids.

I only spent there a night. It was a good experience. The room, junior suite, was very comfortable.
Service at reception as well as at bar and breakfast was good. This is a hotel one can recommend. Location is convenient.

Room Tip: I had a room in the 9th floor with good noise isolation.

Overall, the hotel was good. Confortable rooms in most cases (single bed bedrooms are considerably smaller). A few points to improve:
- bathroom showers are old
- bathtub is quite dangerous and slippery
- wifi in corner bedrooms doesn't work all the time

All in all, if you're not going to spend a lot of time at the hotel, this is a good place to stay.

Room Tip: Always ask for a queen size bed. If possible, choose a room in the middle of the floor and a higher...

It was my first time in Buenos Aires and I stayed in Nh Jousten for 4 nights. Hotel is located close to Peurto Madero district. Walking distance to Casa Rosada or Obelisco. It makes a perfect choice if you need to stay in the centre. Rooms are clean and well maintained but furniture shows its age in some places. My bathroom was very 'early 1990's' and you could tell it needed some refurbishment. I didn't like that bathtub and toilet were in a separate compartment, whereas sink was in small corridor leading to a room (I felt like I'm using some sort of 'bathroom' annex). Lighting was also poor due to this unusual set up of the sink. But this was a minor inconvenience. Air conditioning was only blowing a hot air into a room. Maybe it was because it was still below 20C outside and it was set in 'winter' mode (?). As my room overlooked a busy street opening a windows wasn't really a choice as it was pretty noisy outside.
Breakfasts were really good and not expensive. There was a choice of cold cuts, jam with toast or full grain bread or scrambled eggs with sausages, cereals, fresh fruits, croissants and other pastries, juices, coffee and different sorts of tea.
Staff around the hotel was also nice and accommodating.
Wi-Fi in my room was available but at times it was painfully slow. TV service offered only Spanish language channels (some programs were shown in original i.e.English with Spanish subtitles) - no news channel in other language than Spanish.
If you are looking for a hotel with reasonable prices and pretty good service, this is the one you should consider while in Buenos Aires.

Room Tip: It seems that most of the rooms overlook a pretty busy street, so you have to bear with the noise.

This was the first time that I went to Buenos Aires. I stayed in NH Jousten hotel. The overall experience was very good. Hotel personnel was very friendly and their customer service skills where excellent. Rooms where cleaned and well maintained. Receptionist where very helpful to get me more familiar with the city and all the places that i need to know. Location of the hotel is also great . Its a minutes walk from the port on one side and Galerias Pacificas and Florida Street on the other (one of the most visited places from foreign people here).
