Malabia House is an excellent boutique hotel that offers a calm, quiet, and elegant atmosphere coupled with amazingly helpful, friendly, and smart staff. The location in the neighborhood of Palermo added to the charm of our stay. The breakfast table is lovely. English, Spanish, and Portuguese was spoken by staff.

Room Tip: All the rooms have high ceilings and double windowed doors. Lovely.

The location of this hotel is great. It's right in the middle of Palermo SOHO, which means great shopping, restaurants and nightlife are right down the block. The staff are super friendly and have good suggestions on where to eat.

The room was really nice, just like in the pictures. The staff gave us a tour of the building as we checked in and it was interesting to discover that it used to be a convent that was converted to a hotel. Although you would never know it thanks to the modern decor. The place is spotless and even though you're in the middle of SOHO it is really quiet. The bed was super comfortable; we slept like babies. There's free wifi throughout the entire hotel and there is a computer room as well if you didn't bring your laptop. They have tea time in the afternoon and snacks and drinks in the evening. Breakfast is included in the rate and you can either have it downstairs at the communal table or have it delivered to the room. Good selection of pastries, fruits and eggs cooked to order.

Malabia House was fantastic. A beautiful building, with lovely rooms, very clean and everything you could want, along with extremely friendly and helpful staff. A hotel like this back home (Australia) would cost more than double the price of Malabia House. In a great part of town, I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough if you are seeking mid - higher end accommodation.

This is a lovely, well fit-out B&B in a charming building in the heart of Palermo Viejo, which in itself is like a little (& trendy) village within BA. The staff speak excellent English and are friendly & super helpful. The cleaners do a faultless job of keeping the rooms and bathrooms spotless. During the cold spell this place was always cosy and warm. We had a wonderful time staying here and would recommend it to anyone on a medium budget who wants comfort in an aesthetically-pleasing environment.

Room Tip: The balcony room is the largest and lightest.

The best place to stay in Buenos Aires. At Malabia St, near all the great stores, bars and restaurants of Serranos's square. Modern, clean, good service and staff. Just perfect!

This is an authentic boutique and charming hotel. If you want to stay in the Palermo area, it's a great choice. The bathrooms inside the room could be larger, but its all very clean and the staff is absolutely fantastic.

All staff members at Malabia House do the utmost to make you feel good and cosy in this beautiful hotel. Everybody is very eager to please you - within a very friendly atmosphere. People working at Malabia House are young, with plenty of energy - and ready to help you in any situation that may turn up. I've been there for several times - and I wouldn't even think of going to another hotel. Breakfasts are delicious - and communicative with everybody sharing a big table, set with the utmost care and attention. Rooms are spotless and comfortable - a former monastery - equipped with very tasteful modern furniture. A place I will always return to - it gives me security while travelling on my own in a big city.
