I have stayed many times at the Faena. It is a beautiful hotel, but needs to improve the service. It is very inconsistent. Housekeeping is good, but always forget to replace at least one item in the room such as shower cap, cotton, etc.
Front desk staff are not very friendly and a little bit blasé.
I schedule a transfer out to airport at 6 p.m. but the car didn't arrive until 6h35 and I got a simple "I´m sorry, the traffic is bad today".
I asked for the room service a grilled chicken and a salad and it took 45 minutes. The same for a Caesar salad by the pool bar.
I only received a newspaper in the room on my last day (5 in total).
The bed and linen are the most comfortables ever.
Staff uniforms are beautifuly designed.
Bell mens and door mans are very kind.
It is a very good experience to stay there if you are on a leisure travel on BA for 2 or 3 days. For business trips it can be a little tricky.
