This hotel has rooms with ample space and catering facilities. Its an Apart Hotel where you can comfortably stay for extended periods. Lots of space for clothes and with a seperate dining/living room. Seems all rooms have balconies, that come in very handy for taking an afternoon drink or getting some fresh air. Breakfast is a good spread of all the basic, including eggs and bacon, etc. Furniture and decorations are dated, but kept clean and functional. Bath and shower space is rather cramped, espoecially if you are slightly taller or "bigger" than average. Well located close to Florida Street, some of the government Ministries (like International Relations), the fancy Patio Bullrich shopping and the lovely Plaza San Martin. In short, a very good and affordable option for Buenos Aires.

Room Tip: Less noise from the street in higher rooms or those not facing the street.

The Feirs Park Hotel is in a nice area within walking distance of most of the major attractions in Buenos Aires. It claims to be a 5 star hotel but it really isn't. The bathroom was really small and the WiFi didn't work all the time. The room had a nice balcony and there was CNN on the TV. The breakfast was good and they had valet parking under the building. Also there were several good restaurants only a couple of blocks away.

I stayed at Feir's Park for three nights in mid-February after a Patagonia trip. It was a good hotel. They were very accommodating for an early check-in and late check-out, and I really liked their location. I walked just about everywhere in Buenos Aires and this was a great location to get to it all -- but far enough away from the hustle and bustle in a place I felt very safe in. Breakfast was good, the front desk staff were helpful and the gentlemen out front were able to get me cabs quickly or give me directions without fail. It was also really helpful to have the supermarket across the street. I was on the 7th floor, facing away from the street, and the room was super quiet. Speaking of the rooms, they are large and well furnished and the kitchen area is a nice bonus. I read the reviews before I went and I think that some reviewers are way too harsh regarding the pool area -- I loved that little piece of outside high above the city with great views of the Rio Plata and the old city. It was safe and not at all difficult to find as some reviewers claim. They speak English perfectly, gave me good touristy-type recommendations, and were very helpful with transfers to the airport. This is definitely not a 5 star hotel as reported but a solid 4 in my opinion and I would recommend the stay.

Just returned from 6 nights leisure stay in BA. The most we loved about the hotel was the location. Easy access to Av. 9 de Julio and Recoleta. Within walking distance there are plenty of nice little coffee places and restaurants. Plenty of taxis to hail from the street if we needed to go further away. Hotel is a bit dated but somehow it fits within the area, breakfast was good and the breakfast staff was always helpful. About Front desk staff I have a mixed opinions. Service depends on who is on the shift. There were 2 guys who helped us a lot with booking trips and recommendations. Other receptionists were not that helpful and even blaming each other as we had a little mix up with our transport to the airport and did not want to take responsibility and admit who's fault was that. There is no exchange office at the hotel but reception can arrange a pretty good exchange rate for US. It needs to be arranged in advance as someone else needs to come to hotel. Over all we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

We were allocated a very comfortable large suite at this hotel, when we stayed there at the beginning of February. Our room service was excellent. Breakfast OK. I just wish that they had had a more comprehensive dining menu. I would certainly stay at this hotel again given the opportunity.

This is a very nice hotel in BsAs. Old style (decor a bit like your Mum's), friendly and efficient staff and spotlessly clean. Stayed for 4 nights on business and every night felt like was coming home. The room was large with a balcony (no chairs) bed very comfortable and sheets changed during stay. Free wifi was great, and TV had some English speaking channels. Breakfast was fine, fruit, cereals and hot selection (and diet selection too!) with freshly squeezed juices - nice touch. Area seems OK - a supermarket directly opposite which was very convenient. The rooftop pool was quite small but a nice (quirky!) place to sit for an hour after work. Room service on Saturday night was quick and efficient - ordered simple meat and cheese plate for one and got masses of fresh cheese and meat, bread, olives etc! Saturday poured with rain - plenty of hotel umbrellas which could be borrowed for a walk around the city. Comfortable and friendly place to stay.

Room Tip: High up are very quiet

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Feir's Park hotel for the six nights we were in Buenos Aires. The location was quite good (close to Recoleta) and the room was a very nice size. The room service left to be desired however, as we had to continually ask for toilet paper and tissues. Also the soundproofing was a little iffy as we could here our upstairs neighbour's nocturnal escapes with what seemed to be a hooker. Finally the included breakfast is nice and convenient, but gets a little boring after the first day.

All of this wasn't too bad until we attempted to check out and were told that the hotel rate had increased. While the room is priced in pesos it was adjusted for the change in USD rate between when we booked and when we checked out. A difference of nearly 20% and thus essentially charging in US dollar instead of pesos. Both us and another couple had this problem, but after quite a bit of arguing with them they eventually corrected the rate. Still makes the hotel experience quite unpleasant, especially since had the rate decrease we wonder if they would have decreased the charge...
