“Very good three star hotel”
Reviewed January 22, 2013

The hotel is small and has great service. The breakfast is good, but very repetitive. The room is clean, spacious, and relatively comfortable. The air conditioning is not the best. The bathroom is clean and the shower is very good. However, other people can see you showering because the bathroom window is transparent and has no curtains. I had to improvise one curtain with a face towel. The tub curtain is plastic. Thus, it is impossible to shower without wetting the entire bathroom. The location is great, right in Buenos Aires microcentro, and near the Calle Florida and a subway station. The staff are very friendly and attentive. A good choice in Buenos Aires.

Room Tip: Ask for a room on a high floor, and see if your bathroom can be viewed by others.

Excellent value hotel. Really nice warm well appointed rooms with lovely big beds and nice bathroom and shower. Breakfast was lovely and staff were very helpful. Would definitely stay again. We stayed in a hostel prior to this hotel which was almost the same price so it was a gret glue hotel

I expected better from this hotel. The rooms are dirty. The carpet in room is stained. The bathroom feels filthy given state of bathroom walls (looks like mold). Also, please get rid of the horrid shower curtain that looks old and invariably will touch your body while showering. I am unable to recommend this hotel.

Although we arrived in the morning we were allowed access to our room straight away, which after a long flight allowed us to freshen up and go out and explore the area. It is in an area of bustling shops but only a short walk from the main pedestrianised shopping street. The staff were very helpful. Breakfasts were good. The room was a little small but everything worked well

We arrived at this hotel on the first occasion and found the welcome less than impressive. It was midnight and we got a very small room on the third floor which is a smoking floor. It stank and apparently there was no other available. We went back after 2 days and what a difference. We had a room on the 9th floor, the greeting was great and the room was quite large. The hotel is well placed as well. Wifi is in each room and there are free safe deposit boxes behind reception. Breakfast was really good. We were very pleasantly surprised and would recommend it, but make sure you are above floor three.

Room Tip: Unless you want a smoking room, choose one that is on a higher floor

A delightful, small and friendly hotel situated close to the Obelisk. Many restaurants, park, a shopping mall and the Casa Rosada within walking distance of the hotel. Several local buses also stop in Santa Fe (one block away) that will take you to La Boca and Recoleta for approx 2 peso each way. the tour bus also stops around three blocks away near the obelisk.

The staff are extremely friendly, polite and very helpful; rooms are clean, comfortable and there is very little noise. There is free internet access in the lobby and breakfast buffet is excellent. Sadly, the hotel does not have a pool. Be aware that the road outside is currently under repair and is blocked off - there is little noise from this but the road closure is causing some issues with tour/transfer buses having to take a diversion to pick up outside the hotel at present -allow extra time for transfers to the airport for example. Overall, an excellent stay and can strongly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is centrally localed near the railway and bus stations. Service is excellent. Before you walk through the door help is at hand with suitcases. Taken to our room by a member of staff Manuel who explained how everything worked and reassured us if anything needed to just ask. Check in very straight forward

Room extremely comfortable. Bath room a little small but adequate with bath shower large Wash hand basin, toilet and bidet. Adequate lightning, heating, air conditioning and ventilation. Effective blind to prevent strong sunlight entering room. Tv and free internet (ask at reception fir accesos and pass word)
Previous visitors have comented on carpet in their room, yes, vacuumed but stained needed a good shampoo clean or replace

Breakfast brillant, help yourself, coffee or tea and hot milk bought to table. Choice of many fruit juices, fruit, cereales, meats ham cheeses, toast breads jams cake egg bacon yoghurt better than a british Holiday Inn or Premier Inn

Reception suggested evening entertainment which was excellent valué for money food drink and Transport all inclusive ( a Tango evening )

Checking out - had very small problem, even though booked by crédit card, he wanted cash but backed down and accepted card in the end.

Would i recomend it definitely yes would i go there again definitely yes
