I stayed here for three days and cant complain. Got a room upgrade directly at check-in, executive level with own lounge. Food for free around the clock. Room was huge and very clean. Housekeeping was doing and excellent job every day. Hotel offers indoor swimming pool, business center, restaurant / bar. Its centrally located and close to several attractions. I will consider this trip during my next trip to Buenos Aires.

Stayed here one night at the end of a two-week trip. Were in a Club room so cannot review the regular rooms on lower floors. Agree with comments that the hotel may benefit from a refresh of the rooms and common areas - that said, it has a stylish, boutique vibe in its décor and layout, and the relatively smaller size of the hotel.

Besides being stylish, the room had some quirks - there was a coffee maker, but only instant coffee was available (!). The tub was an odd, very short layout but with a glass half-shower wall that made the tub awkward and unsafe to stand up inside. Better to rip out the unusable tub and make it a nice shower stall that would be safer.

Club is very small and was actually not used for breakfast on the Sunday morning - guests were sent to the main restaurant which was OK. They did put out food on Sunday afternoon.

The gym is on the top floor overlooking the indoor pool. Five treadmills, and more weights than most hotel gyms but old and not that well maintained.

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful; bar staff not as much. Did not eat in the restaurant in the lobby.

Good location for restaurants, theaters, the subway, etc.

Room tip: upper floors (mostly club rooms) will be quieter and include views depending on the direction.

The Property is centrally located in a nice spot close to a park, restaurants, and the central district. The Service is great, but it cannot mask the older rooms and failing structure. We were forced to move rooms when the locking mechanism on our room...well...locked us out a few times. In fact, the new room also had a problem with the door lock and the manager had to come up to bring new keys to open the door. The gym is small and can only be accessed during set hours. This is a significant inconvenience for business travelers who often need to use the facility late at night or early in the morning. The manager told me the hotel had no choice and would not make exceptions. Not impressive. The bar in the lobby is well-run and nicely laid out. Check out was very slow and difficult.

The staff was magnificent. On check in the staff even welcomed me back even though it had been 8 years since I had stayed there. The staff could not do more. They even assisted with arranging transportation. The location and staff make this a great choice in Buenos Aires

We stayed here for a work trip. It is a nice hotel, but the rooms could use a facelift. The rooms were big and well appointed. The hotel service was helpful & very friendly. The hotel lobby bar & restaurant are also good. Located in a great spot where you can walk to stuff easily!
