I think the above says it all. The rooms have bath and shower, front desk was so friendly and the concierge managed to get us a reservation where there was none to be had by being polite;y persistant......awesome mealMore

Fast reception ! Nice Room , but dark..too for my pleasure. Good for reaching good isolation from outside, no lights no noise..
Very recommendable dinner: a great pink salmon, and very good service. All personnel with no exception was at your service

I go to Buenos Aires quite often on business and having tried different hotels I stick to this one because of its quality, location, service, attention to details and the fact it never feels crowded (though often times it’s sold out). One feels being in a boutique hotel in spite of its big size.
It’s a great option for couples as well, and reasonably priced.
The neighborhood is upscale, safe and with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby.
The bathroom is spotless but looks a bit old and cramped.
Note to the administration: I just miss the Lanvin toiletries, which have been replaced by local low-quality products, not up to this hotel’s category.

The staff was extremely helpful from check in to check out. They went out of their way to help us in any way. They even kept our luggage for a full day in their storage as a complimentary service. The breakfast was a good spread but had the same menu every day. Location is excellent & very central. Great deal for the money!!

Great Hotle with a great location in BA. Right across the street is of the nicest indoor shopping malls in the city. The staff is very attentive and the breakfas was excellent. The bartender were freindly and made us great drinks before leaving out to go to dinner. Staff is very attentive and the outdside bellman were always their to opne the door when entering the hotel. ROOOM 1701 WAS ok WITH A GOOD VIEW OF THE CITY. THE ONLY NEGATIVE WAS THAT THE ROOM HAS A ODOR THAT WOULDNT GO AWAY. I SHOULD HAVE ASKED FOR ANOTHER ROOM. I WAS ABLE TO OPEN THE WINDOW TO SOLVE THAT ISSUE.
