The very fist minute to the last second, our staying was great. We had Sabrina, Octavio, Martin, Hernan, Thei, Brenda...all of the staff members, housekeeping, breakfast, concierge, front desk and bell people all were excellent help. the breakfast was always great and each time Hernan and the last day other gentleman and ladies made our days start with and excellent & pleasant meal. Then, Sabrina with helpful tips, Octavio & Martin with directions and tips about activities were excellent. They were all so friendly and nice, they made us feel at home. If I go back there I would probably stay at Sofitel, nowhere else. Thanks everyone making our trip one of a kind. Loved everything.

Noise carries in this hotel. You can hear staff slam doors, bang carts, etc from rooms away. The HVAC is loud as well. I heard what I think were banging pipes once in the middle of the night. Additionally, there was hammering by maintenance one morning at around 8am. I had to jam earplugs in my ears to be comfortable here.

The gym was cramped with not enough cardio machines, weights, or room to stretch.

The rooms need more conveniently placed outlets for charging.

Breakfast was great - reasonable price, large selection.

Bathroom was clean and spacious.

Bellmen and front desk staff were very polite and friendly.
