This hotel was an oddly mixed bag - the decor throughout was lovely, very good bed/mattress, plenty of hot water, truly gorgeous rooftop pool and spa with its own bar. We reserved on-line, including "in-room coffee" and "city view". There was no coffe and our interior room looked at a very close cement wall. The staff said "oh yes the website is messed up in promising coffe and the room you got is better than the others." The Teatro Colon is close and a great tourist destination. The surrounding neighborhood is quite sketchy and returning after dinner was a kind of scarey.

Great location, fair price, nice staff, comfortable room. I stayed in 3 hotels in Arg, this was the best of the three...

Our cruise company booked us in to this hotel on a day room basis before flying back to the UK. It was quite impressive and looked a smart hotel very close to the main Boulevard in BA close to the Colon. We were however a bit disappointed that having been told that we had a day room booked we were not actually able to get into the room until midday. This was frustrating as we had to hang around and wait until rooms became available. When one did I have to say that the quality of room was exceptional. Spacious and comfortable although the view was of the rear yard of the hotel. A longer stay would have been better to ascertain levels of service but as much of our tour groups luggage was kept in the lobby until departure time, this was kept constantly guarded and to be commended. The hotel was close by to the area of Florida which had many restaurants and shops.

Celebrity Cruise had booked us at this hotel as part of the pre-cruise package. The location was good, but several of the ship's passengers were mugged right outside the hotel. We had a major problem with the ATM machines in the area and ended up losing our card in one of the machines. We did not find hte staff at the hotel very helpful. We were out for a day- trip to the Iguazu Falls and came back to find that our room was not made up or cleaned. The service was terrible, the room quite small and was poor value for the money. This was a bad introduction to the city for us.

Room tip: Find another hotel!

Clean room, great location, and good service at the front desk. What more do you need? I have a standard room so no view..who cares? Go up to the roof for an incredible view of the city. It's nice and quiet back here....who wants a room that fronts the busy crises street? Think before you complain people.
