Went with a large group and ordered many dishes tapa style (to share) some of them were really good and some others were good. Overall I will say very good since some dishes were remarkable, perfect seasoned (in Argentina the restaurants use to eat with less salt than the rest of the world and foreigners usually ended up adding that pinch of salt that makes a dish have the right flavor.

This place prepares what I think is one of the world's best pisco sours, hands down. Every time I go, it is the first thing I order.

It is one of those places where you can't go wrong, no matter what you order. Service is always great and ambience is OK.

The only downside to it is that it is more expensive than most other mid to high end dining experiences in the area.

We had there one of the best dinners we had during our 15 days in Argentina. It's expensive in Argentinian terms but very reasonable priced in European/American terms for such standard of food.
Creative dishes, combination of Peruvian and Japanese food style. Don't miss the Ceviche..

second trip to Sipan in 2 years and happy to say that the quality is as good as ever.
We started with the ceviche and the rolls.
BA has a fascination with really big sushi rolls, and here are one of the biggest.
Great pisco sours

So we loved our dinner here but compared to all of our other dining experiences in Argentina - it just didn’t quite compare. Certainly much more Asian than Peruvian. We have traveled in Peru and were hoping for more of a Peruvian flare. But overall loved the food and the staff were so nice!!!
