“Lunch was ok”
Reviewed March 16, 2013

I wish there was a rating somewhere in between "average" and "very good" that I could use for this place. We had a late afternoon lunch on the casual side of the restaurant. The sandwiches were very good but a little overpriced. The ice cream was delicious. The service was spotty, particularly from the young lady at the cash register who was far more interested in flirting with the guy in front of us in line than she was in taking our money. This is a great location for people watching but for a fraction of the price you can walk two blocks and get much better food and service for a small fraction of the price from the street parilla vendors alongside the ecological preserve.

“Great find”
Reviewed February 9, 2013

I had dinner here outside and really enjoyed the food, and the service. You can get menus in Spanish (obviously), English, and I think Portuguese. You can also just get carry out sandwiches, pastries, etc, and they have a cute coffee centered/foodie gift shop. Both my dinners here were terrific.

“Cool place for lunch options”
Reviewed December 20, 2012

One side of this cool air conditioned ground floor cafe is for sit down eaters, with a nice outdoor terrace option, the other side is a cafeteria option which many local office folks use. It looks out on the Madero docks. They have great take away ice cream if you are not tempted by their postres. Everything is freshly cooked here as the "market" brand suggests. Their bar tender knows how to make genuine pisco sours. Their chef can produce succulent steak and sea food. A good lunch bet.

“Great breakfast, rare to reasonably priced one in BA!”

Just had a breakfast here, for 45 pesos you get a great view, relaxed atmosphere, coffee, juice, great granola, toast with jam/creamcheese and even some pastry!

“Great for Lunch”
Reviewed November 16, 2012

The Argentine sandwhich was one of the best I have ever had (excellent sliced warm tenderloin in flatbread). Local beer (Quilmer?) was very good. View of the water was awesome and great place to people watch. Recommended by the Hilton Concierge as well.
