Heard about this church while on a walking tour down Florida Street. As we were close by it was an opportunity to check it out and was a relief from all that hustle & bustle going on outside. Inside it seemed very opulent albeit it need of some cleaning and the main alter was an intricate work of art with many components. On the left hand side there was was a door acknowledging the involvement of the church in the British invasion on 1806 - would have liked to have gone through to understand more. The actual link for going to this church was to see the excellent portrayal of Christ showing humility & patience - this supposedly carved from a tree taken from Florida Street.
