I love this restaurant, it's been a Buenos Aires favorite for a long time. It's a beautiful old house divided into different colorful and cozy rooms...perfect if you're in a group, since there is bound to be space, and it's also perfect to find a cozy nook to go by yourself or with someone else. Tasty, flavorful traditional fare (pastas, meats, fish)  for vegetarians and meat eaters alike...don't miss the chocolate desert... Really lovely spot, highly recommended!

I went to Lele de Troya for a friends birthday with a pretty good sized group. We were seated at this really cool low table with these great, plush red chairs. The restaurant is beautiful. Each room is painted a different color and very reminiscent of Italy. The food was really good and went great with a bottle of wine :) The service was great (by Argentine standard). There is also a popular bar across the street (Magdalena's) that is convenient to stop at after dinner if you're looking for a chill place to go in the area for a beer. It typically has a lot of ex-pats so just a heads up if that's not what you're looking for. The restaurant would be a good date night place as well.

We found this restaurant after walking for a while. It was a Sunday and other restaurants were closed. We arrived at 20:30 sat in the red room. There seem to be 3 rooms all different colours and themes. The yellow room looked very bright and modern and the red room very eastern mediterranean. Some of the tables in the red area are vey low to the ground which adds to the atmosphere. We did not see the green room. To start with we were the only people there. The menu is different and had some lovely sounding food. My husband had the pork with ginger, soy sauce and nuts. He said that taste was fantastic and that he really enjoyed the mix of tastes. I had the spaghetti with cream and parmesan which was also tasty. Another couple came in around 21:15 but by the time we left at 22:00 there were only 4 customers. That was a shame and I doubt that it is normal. I would certainly recommend this restaurant.

We sat in the Yellow Room so had a full view of the kitchen.. Our meal was superb from start to finish. Started with a Malbec. Had a wonderful appetizer that included pears, goat cheese, walnuts and endive. My husband had a seafood risotto and I had homemade ravioli stuffed with a spinach ricotta mixture. We finished off with a fruit mousse that was sublime.
