We had 36 hours in BA before touring Patagonia and then came back to BA for a week at the end. Mariela arranged for us to be met at the Airport and the next day took us on a tour of BA, which introduced us to the sights, manners. tempo and culture of BA. This gave us both a historical and a comtemporary insight into the city and its attractions and allowed us to plan for and to use our longer stay in BA more effectively. We have never useda service like this before but we would now recommend it as a rapid way to come to grips with a foreign city on your first visit.

Our family of four (two college-age kids) spent a week in Buenos Aires. Cecilia was a wealth of helpful planning information and support during our visit. We emailed for several weeks leading up to the trip, exploring all kinds of possible activities (soccer match, polo adventure, music, side trips, tours, etc.). Cecilia answered all our questions about each option, then helped arrange the ones we wanted. She also arranged our transfers, which worked flawlessly. While there, Cecilia checked in with us several times to make sure everything was going well. And her prices were always good - she even suggested that we skip the arranged transfer to the local airport for a side trip to Igauzu and just take a cheaper taxi. Through all our questions and plan adjustments, she was consistently positive, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. We recommend her highly for quality and value.

We were 8 guys showing up in Buenos Aires for a Bachelor party, we had no idea what to expect and no idea what we would find. All we knew is that we were looking to have the right mix of culture, dining, and partying at night. And Cecilia and Lara delivered. Cecilia arranged transport for us from the Airport to our hotel BeHollywood (click to see my review of this hotel). Once we got to the hotel and settled in Cecilia came by to check on us and to arrange some of the festivities to follow. She gave us recommendations of places to go eat and places to go hang out and grab a drink or 2 or 3 ... I lost count.

Day 2 - Enter Lara
Cecilia instructed us how and where to meet up with Lara and we met her for our tour. The tour was great. We took it a little slow (our request) because we were all a little shell shocked from last nights Shenanigans and they were very accommodating. Kudos to Lara for being able to keep 8 tall loud rowdy Americans "boys" in line and interested, she was great Cecilia joined us half way through and the hilarity continued. THe raucous laughter could be heard echoing through the hallways of Recoleta cemetery (a must see, I know it's a cemetery but it's still pretty cool). We made our way thorough some more of the city and ended up cutting the tour short so we could eat. They took us to this amazing steak restaurant ( steak in Argentina, hmm ). We ate drank wine and had a great time. We elected continue the tour the next day because there was so much more to see and Lara and Cecilia were insistent that we didn't miss out so they totally freed their schedules to give us the tour the next day. Lara left and Cecilia walked with us for a bit and then we all went home to get ready for the nights festivities. Cecilia recommended some places and decided to come with us. This place was great and we had a blast.. I forget the name of the place but then again I don't remember much of the nights in B.A.

Day 3
Today was tour day party 2 .. oh whoops .. it rained so tour canceled and what did they do rescheduled again and cleared their schedules again to be able to finish up the "must sees" in B.A.

Day 4
No rain today, up and ready to go for it. We meet up with Lara who's happy to see her "boys" as she referred to us; and we finish the walking tour, the Pink house, some famous church, La Boca, some huge famous soccer stadium, and then this little restaurant where she made us all Matte and ate cookies. It was awesome.
Cecilia met up with us from there and we hung out for a little. We went home and got dressed and Cecilia took us to the most AMAZING restaurant. The food was out of control. Great service, drinks, food.. ummm such a good night. Then Cecilia took us to another bar/lounge and we closed the night out partying like rock stars.

All along the way the ladies were always very willing to shift their schedules and move things around to accommodate our curiosity about Buenos Aires. Offering to get us tickets to this if we wanted to go, or take us there if we wanted to see something, letting us know that they were proud of their city and excited to show it off. They wanted to make sure we had a great time and we enjoyed our trip and we certainly did.

Thanks, so much Cecilia and Lara.

We hired this concierge service as part of a bachelor party in Buenos Aires. We were a group of 8 guys and considering how many different personalities Cecilia had to contend with as well as different likes and dislikes, she was amazing.

First, Cecilia organized a one day walking tour with Laura. Laura was extremely knowledgeable and patient with all of us and made sure we were all entertained and made sure the pace of the tour was to our liking. Her English was also impeccable and she was also not shy to teach us common Spanish phrases. When we grew tired, she was able to schedule another day with us in order to complete the walking tour. She also asked if we preferred a fast paced tour or more of an in depth walking tour. Considering we were such a large group, we opted for a quicker paced tour and Laura was eager to oblige.
We ended the tour with a group drink of yerba mate, a local herb tea that is very popular with Argentineans. Again Laura had us try different types of the mate and made sure we all got to sample the local Argentinean tradition.

Cecilia also organized many dinner reservations and her restaurant choices were excellent. We enjoyed her company so much we asked her to stick around and enjoy our last evening in Buenos Aires. She not only was a great asset and guide on our trip, she became a great friend!
She also arranged for a laundry service to come and pick up some clothes I had and arranged to have it dropped back off at the hotel pressed and folded. Great Service! Much cheaper than the hotels rates! Cecilia even followed back up with me after to make sure that the laundry was done to my liking.

I was also traveling solo to Brazil and Cecilia said that once I arrived at my destination, If I need anything, do not be shy to email or call her and she would help me if I needed anything in RIO or Iguazu Falls.

I cannot say enough about how great she was to us. We were a bunch of crazy guys on a 5 day trip through Argentina and she made sure we were all taken care of and we all had everything we needed.

You cannot go wrong with hiring her.

Thanks CC!

We were so fortunate to attain Cecilia as our concierge, she orgainized many events for us in BA. She also set up our trip from BA to Iguazu Falls, flights, hotel, tour bus and guide, our guide Micheala was outstanding. Then we had a flight to Mendoza, hotel, and 3 wonderful wine tours, our guide Ieda and Alberto supberb superb, then a return flight to BA. Cecilia was an amazing person to deal with, very helpful and ver patient with our requests and sometimes of changing plans, her and our friend JD made this trip most memorable and a definte return to South America and will definitely be using Cecilia as our concierge. Thank you so much.
